Step 1: Install Steel Frame & Cover Panel

Take 2 × Steel Frames (01) and 1 × Cover Panel (02). Use 4 × Flat-head Screws (E2) to secure the steel frames to the cover panel from the underside.

Step 2: Install Vertical Panels

Insert D14 eccentric rods into the pre-drilled blind holes of the steel frames and panels. Attach the 2 × Vertical Panels (04) on both ends using 4 × D14 sets. Rotate the eccentric wheels clockwise to lock.

Step 3: Fix Base Panel

Place Base Panel (03) between the steel frames. Use 4 × E2 screws (bottom-up) and 4 × B3 screws (top-down) to fasten.

Step 4: Mount Base Crossbeams

Attach 2 × Crossbeams (06) to the vertical panels using 4 × D14 sets. Ensure tight lock using eccentric wheels.

Step 5: Install Base Side Panels

Mount 2 × Side Panels (05) to the crossbeams and lock with another 4 × D14 and 4 × B3 screws.

Step 6: Final Touch

Ensure all screws are tightened after alignment. The product is now fully assembled.

Assembly Tips

- Do not overtighten screws at the beginning. First align all panels, then fully tighten.

- Panels with red backside should face inward or downward.

- A few spare screws may be included. Keep them for future maintenance.
